Philosophy of Practice

I am passionate about listening to my patients, validating their concerns, and determining the next best steps for evaluation or treatment. I don’t have all the answers, in fact modern medicine doesn’t have all the answers, and I enjoy learning through my patients. I hope to bring curiosity to every patient visit and strive to support age-appropriate autonomy in all my patients. I like to bring joy into the workplace with scent, words of affirmation, music, and color! I also bring my background in alternative medicine to patient care. I love being a family physician – I am able to work with patients as they enter the world as infants and as they transition out of the world while receiving hospice, where I work as the medical director.
