NOTICE TO PATIENTS RE PAY ASSIST BILLING STATEMENTS

We would like to apologize for the confusing KVH billing statements that are arriving in patient mailboxes from Pay Assist.  This is not the quality of communication you should expect from Kittitas Valley Healthcare and we are working with Pay Assist to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Pay Assist, Inc. is the company we have contracted with to process bills for self-pay accounts and accounts that have balances after insurance.  They are not a collection agency.

We ask for your patience as we quickly work through these changes.  If you have questions please feel free to call our Patient Financial Services Department at (509) 933-8657.
