Diabetes 101 Survival Skills
Intended for people who have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or for those just wanting more information on better management, the Diabetes 101 group class will provide beneficial information for everyone. It is a great way to resource share with others. Our Registered Dietitian and Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (DCES) instructs the class.

- Healthy Coping
- Physical Activity
- Meal Planning
Ask your medical provider for a referral to attend this class. Classes are offered the second Wednesday of the month. Most health insurance plans cover the diabetes education class.
