We’ve got you covered!
Below is a list of all insurance providers and plans accepted by KVH. We recommend verifying that your specific plan covers the care you need at KVH before scheduling an appointment, as coverage details may change from time to time.
The differences in your benefits for care “in-network” and “out-of-network” can be significant. Your health plan benefits documents may describe what is covered when you receive “in-network” and “out-of-network” care.
Some plans only pay for “in-network” services.
In-network: When Kittitas Valley Healthcare is “in-network,” there is a contract with rates for services it provides to you and other members of your health plan.
Out-of-network: When Kittitas Valley Healthcare is “out-of-network” there is no contract in place. Some plans won’t pay for any “out-of-network” services or they will pay lower percentages of charges often leaving the patient with higher cost shares.
Kittitas Valley Healthcare has contracts with many major health insurance carriers, however not every plan offered by an insurance carrier is contracted. Please contact your health insurance plan directly to confirm that Kittitas Valley Healthcare is “in-network”. Many insurance carriers have a “Find a doctor” tool on their website that will assist you in finding an “in-network” provider/facility.
It is your responsibility to provide Kittitas Valley Healthcare with your insurance coverage information, please bring your insurance and photo ID cards with you to your appointments.
