Philosophy of Practice

I believe strongly in women’s autonomy and self-determination, and I see my role as both an advocate and a partner in her healthcare. I encourage women to be in the driver’s seat of their health decisions.

At a visit with me, you can expect your needs and concerns to be heard and addressed through unbiased and informed decision-making. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, educated, and confident in the choices you make for your health, with a clear understanding of the best available evidence.

I care for women across the lifespan, including pregnancy care. I view pregnancy as a normal life event deserving of thoughtful, individualized care and compassion.

My clinical interests include trauma informed exams, perimenopause, menopause, sexual dysfunction, holistic pregnancy care, and perinatal mood disorders.
