Philosophy of Practice

My goal is to help people fully engage in their lives and thrive. Depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, and other difficult life events are challenging, but healing is possible. I enjoy meeting clients where they are at and partnering with them on their journey to wellness. As part of the Collaborative Care Team, I work alongside the primary care provider and Psychiatric Provider to provide brief evidence-based therapy.
