Frequently Asked Questions

Will KVH have delays & closures due to inclement weather?

Due to inclement weather, Kittitas Valley Healthcare might make changes in patient care; this includes scheduled procedures, COVID testing, some clinic appointments, and vaccinations.

If I have an emergency or urgent need, can I come to the hospital?

The Emergency Department will be open, unless otherwise stated. We are encouraging everyone to use this service for emergencies only.

Please do not use the Emergency Department for Covid-19 accommodation testing or if you are not experiencing symptoms at this time. Instead, please see the COVID Hub for more information and resources.

If you cannot get to the emergency room on your own, call 911.

What if I can’t make my appointment? / How do I know if its rescheduled?

If you have an appointment at a temporarily closed location, someone from that office will be contacting you to reschedule. We encourage you to stay safe and use your best judgment regarding travel. If you are unable to make an appointment that has not been postponed, please contact that office directly as soon as possible.

Where can I find updates about KVH closures and delays? How often will this be updated?

Updates will be posted on this page of our website and the KVH Facebook page. The information will be envaulted daily and updated if needed.
