Charitable giving is a timeless tradition, a tangible reflection of our support for the institutions and causes that influence our lives. Fortunately, charitable giving does not require great wealth. What it does require is generosity of spirit – the desire to share what you have for the benefit of others.
Many people each year express the desire to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the families of Kittitas County through a special gift to Kittitas Valley Healthcare (KVH). Whether your interests lie in helping KVH provide crucial medical services to all members of the community or supporting a specific program or department, we are committed to ensuring that your gift makes a real and enduring impact. A planned gift may take the form of an estate gift or life-income gift.
Examples of planned gifts include:
- Naming The Foundation at KVH in your estate plan (will or trust)
- Naming The Foundation at KVH as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy or a retirement plan
- Gifts of stock, real estate, or securities
Bequest language that can be used in a gift by will or living trust:
I give and devise to The Foundation at KVH (tax ID #91-1349299) located at 603 S. Chestnut St., Ellensburg, WA 98926, the sum of ________ (or all or a percentage of the residue of my estate) to be placed in The Foundation at KVH’s Endowment Fund (for a specific program or for its general support).
Legacy Society
