Series 4 Dates

During this seven-week series we will cover what to expect in the third trimester of your pregnancy through caring for your newborn. We will introduce and practice a variety of non-medication pain management/coping techniques, discuss support roles, signs of labor, medical interventions, pain medication options, vaginal and cesarean birth, infant feeding, newborn care, and transition to postpartum.

You will also be given access to our eLearning page that provides in-depth information on how to work through labor pain. We cover labor rhythms, relaxation exercises, cognitive strategies, body mechanics, and gate control techniques. This information is supplemental to the class and is intended for you to work through at your own pace.
