Philosophy of Practice
I believe my purpose as a family medicine provider is to build a collaborative relationship with patients that is focused on preventative medicine and treating the person as a whole, meeting people where they are. I feel that communication and adapting care plans to each individual goes a long way in building trust, which is important.
Patient education, mental health, and the management of chronic conditions are all areas of interest to me. I enjoy seeing patients from all stages of life and treating the variety of conditions that come with that, from short-term acute complaints to long-term chronic illnesses.
