Philosophy of Practice
I strive to create an environment where patients feel comfortable, respected, and at ease. When our lines of communication are broken down, it can lead to feelings of inadequacy, anxiety, and a decreased agency over our lives. It is most important to me that my patients can express who they are, how they feel, and improve their ability to live self-actualized lives through evidence-based practices.
