My goal as your physical therapist is to collaborate with you during your recovery from injury or surgery. I address faulty movement patterns or systems that lead to excessive strain on your body and teach you how to manage your health independently with proper exercise and education. My care is patient centered and looks to achieve your goals so you can return to the things you enjoy.
