Philosophy of Practice

I believe that education is the key to providing good physical therapy experiences and outcomes. If I can help a patient understand better how their condition is affecting them and how their body functions through movement then that can have a lasting effect on their health. I feel our bodies know what is best for them and given the proper instruction, education, and effort we can improve the way we function in our daily lives.
