Kittitas Valley Orthopedics, a service of KVCH, will welcome a new physician and physician assistant in September. The clinic, which opened its doors in 2007, focuses on surgical and non-surgical orthopedic procedures of the bones and joints.
"The number of patients whose orthopedic needs are able to be met within the county has grown since Kittitas Valley Orthopedics opened," said Paul Nurick, CEO of KVCH. "We foresee that growth continuing, and think it is important to grow our services along with demand."
With the arrival of Gary Bos, MD, and James Repsher, PA-C, Kittitas Valley Orthopedics will be able to see twice as many orthopedic patients. The two new providers will join Anthony Longo, MD, and Tony Smith, PA-C.
"The local medical community continues to expand with the addition of both primary care providers and specialists," said Chief Medical Officer Don Solberg, MD. "We know that receiving care close to home is important to our patients."
Kittitas Valley Orthopedics provides a range of orthopedics services - from cortisone therapy to total knee or hip replacement surgeries. "We focus on bringing our patients back to an active and pain-free lifestyle," commented Dr. Anthony Longo. "Many people think of us as orthopedic surgeons first, but we will always do the right procedure for the patient - even if that does not include surgery."
