The Foundation at KVH donates over $223,000 in new hospital equipment

12.17.2018

The Foundation at KVH recently made its annual distribution to KVH. This year’s distribution supports a new patient monitoring system and anesthesia machines. This gift was made possible utilizing funds raised by The Foundation throughout the year at their annual gala, various community events, as well as from private donors.

"As part of our commitment to providing the best in healthcare, this significant investment will help ensure the health and wellbeing of Kittitas County families, friends, neighbors and KVH employees who are vital to our community," says Julie Petersen, CEO. "Their generous donation of $223,000 follows an equally generous gift made earlier this year benefiting the Ouchless E.R. campaign and additional equipment needs."

"The Foundation is proud to support KVH," says Kathryn Houck, Foundation Board President.  "We’re honored to be a part of the initiative to enhance the patient experience and support advancement in healthcare technology in Kittitas County."
