Meditation and Mindfulness

Strengthen your resiliency and mindfulness in this one-hour session with KVH’s Anita Schiltz, ARNP. This class is FREE and open to the public!

Tips from this session will help:
– Improve your well-being and resiliency from stress and anxiety
– Skillfully meet difficult emotions and beliefs in daily life
– Access an inner resource of well-being, ease, security and peace.

To create a quiet and comfortable space you should consider bringing:
– Yoga mat
– Blanket (or other comfort items)
– Pillow
– Eye covering (sunglasses or sleep mask)
– Comfortable clothing
