Childbirth Series (Seven 2-hour classes)

The childbirth series assists the expectant mother and her family in preparing for the baby’s birth and care. Including: what to expect from the third trimester of your pregnancy through caring for your newborn: relaxation and breathing, support roles, signs of labor, medical interventions, epidurals and pain meds, c-sections, infant feeding, newborn care, taking care of mom, and a tour of the Family Birthing Place.

Classes are appropriate for both the mother and her support person.
