KVH Family Medicine – Ellensburg has welcomed Lee Jackson, ARNP, NP-C to their clinic. Lee joins Drs. June Bredin, Bruce Herman, Mark Larson, Kevin Martin, John Merrill-Steskal and Annaliese Stone, as well as advanced practice clinicians Megan DeSelms, Jose Diaz, Julia Riel and Brett White in accepting new patients.
Lee Jackson began his medical career in the US Army Reserves, Nurse Corps in 2002. Upon receiving his Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 2010, he continued practicing in the Midwest until 2015 when he moved to the northwest and began work with Swedish Medical Group in Cle Elum. In 2017, Mr. Jackson left Cle Elum to serve in Operation Central Skies, Honduras. On completion of his deployment Lee returned to Kittitas County and joined the KVH Family Medicine – Ellensburg family.
Lee Jackson completed basic training at Ft. Still, Oklahoma. He went on to complete Combat Medical School and Officer Candidate School at Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio Texas. In addition to his time in Honduras, Lee served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Iraq and Operation Enduring Freedom, Kunar Afghanistan. He is both a Bronze Star Medical recipient and a Combat Action Badge recipient.
