What is the location of the Boots and Bling Ball?
After thirteen years, the Gala is being relocated to a NEW location, 4 miles east of Canyon Road on Kittitas Highway.  The address and directions to the location will be on the back of the event tickets.

Can I donate an item to the event?
Yes, please!  Contact Michele Wurl at 509.933.8669 or to learn more about donating to the 2017 Foundation Gala.

How can I support the Foundation Gala if I am unable to attend?
You can make a direct contribution to our 2017 Fund-A-Need or you can consider one of our sponsorship opportunities.

What is the event timeline?

5:30 - Welcome reception, Cocktails, Silent Auction, and Games
6:30 - Dinner by Curbside of 5th, Live Auction, and Fund-a-Need
8:00 - Live Music by Rusty Cage and Dancing

What do I wear to the Boots and Bling Gala?
If you want to get fancy, come on the "Bling" side with your suits and dresses.  If you prefer the casual look, come on the "Boots" side with your Wranglers and flannels.  We want you to make this night yours and have fun. 

Where do I park?
Please park diagonally along the fence line, not blocking the driveway.

What will the menu be?
This year's event will be a buffet catered by Chef Devin at Curbside on 5th.  To help us with our food count, when registering for the Gala please indicate your choice of beef, salmon or a vegetarian main course.  Thank you in advance!

Spring Mix Vinaigrette Salad
Spring mix, Sririacha candied walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, mandarin oranges with a honey lime vinaigrette

Whiskey Glazed Coho
Coho salmon baked with a sweet Jack Daniels glaze and served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Skillet Roasted Strip Steaks with Pebre Sauce
Pan seared steak with a southwest spice, sliced and topped with a cilantro and sweet onion vinaigrette and served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Layers of puff pastry with sautéed zucchini, onion, bell peppers and mushrooms in a Cajun seasoning with jack cheese and topped with a puebre sauce.

What is the ticket price and what does it include?
Individual tickets are $75 each, Gold Tables are $600 and Platinum Tables are $1000.  See Registration for more information.

Are ticket purchases tax deductible?
The fair market value of each ticket is $33, the balance of your ticket price is tax-deductible. You will receive a receipt for your purchase for your tax records.  The Foundation at KVH is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization.  Our tax ID is 91-1342999.

I'm a table sponsor, where do I submit my guests' information?
You will receive a card with your invitation that you can return with your guests information.  You may also contact Michele Wurl directly at

Do I need to notify you if my table guests change?
Yes, please.  Gala materials are customized for each guests so it's important that we know who is attending.  If you have a change, please contact Michele Wurl at
